Editable Trip Manifest
To access this function, click on a blue triangle on the Editable Calendar
Screen, and assign an activity (For example, Flight) to a selected aircraft on the
Activity screen. The manifest will appear as displayed below, with only the
selected date and the default airport filled in:
Tips:
- The airport identifier shown in the From field is the last arrival airport
scheduled for the selected aircraft. This may be changed if desired by
highlighting this field and entering an alternate airport code. An Airport Help function is available from the menu if the user is not familiar with ICAO
codes.
- Advance through the form with the TAB key only.
- Enter dates in the Date field in mm/dd/yyyy format. A help-select function is available from the menu. Through that function, the user is able to click
on a calendar date to select it for display on this screen.
- Enter the codes for the departure and arrival airports. Use Airport Help if
necessary.
- Enter either the departure or the arrival time for the leg. If the arrival
time is entered, the system will calculate the recommended departure time when
the trip is calculated. Advance to the next leg with the TAB key.
- When a leg is added, a Passenger Itinerary screen will appear by default at
the bottom of the screen. This screen will accommodate twelve (12) legs at a
time. Click on Pax Help for quick passenger entry if the user is not familiar with
passenger ID’s. Check the boxes as displayed below to assign entered passengers to legs.
Note the blue menu bar above the passenger manifest. This menu bar provides
instant access to the various aspects of your schedule data. Click on Crew to assign crewmembers to the legs. Click on FBO to select FBO’s and modify leg types if desired. Click on Misc to view critical operational
data such as taxi times, leg lengths in Nautical, Statute, and Kilometers, and
Authorizers. Click on Conflicts to confirm that no conflicts exist, or to
display them if they do. Schedules are checked against existing schedules, as well
as impossible departure/arrival times and crew qualifications.
